As part of our Keyholding and Alarm Response Services, a Careline Response Officer will attend your business premises or property in the event of an alarm activation. Our officers will conduct a thorough external patrol, checking for any signs of damage or forced entry. Following this, if the officer is satisfied that there has been no intrusion, an internal patrol will be completed.

In the unfortunate event of a genuine incident, Careline Response Officers will remain at the property until the emergency services and nominated escalation contact arrive to provide ongoing assistance as required.
